Who is RAEVA
I’m Lindsay Karella, founder and owner of RAEVA Mane Street Oasis, a modern, boutique salon created to elevate both the stylist and guest experience.
Rooted in my hometown of Elkhorn, Raeva was built on connection, creativity, and purpose. The name blends my daughters’ names, Rae and Ava, while the floral details honor my son — a reflection of the family and intention behind every part of this vision.
With over 15 years of experience, I’ve worked alongside some of the area’s top salons and learned that true beauty thrives in collaboration. Raeva was born from that belief — a space where artistry and community come together, and both guests and stylists are empowered to flourish.

Becca Is passionate about creating beautiful hair while making every guest feel confident and cared for. She loves building connections and providing a personalized experience in a welcoming space. Becca loves creating beautiful Up-dos, any lightening service, and lived in colors that grow out well. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, and traveling to the beach. A proud dog mom and former Miss Iowa Queen, she brings warmth, creativity, and attention to detail to every appointment.

Courtney is a dedicated hairstylist passionate about helping guests look and feel their absolute best. She specializes in blonding services, dimensional looks that enhance each guests natural beauty. Courtney values building genuine connections with every client and strives to provide a personalized experience that leaves you feeling confident and refreshed. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with friends at the lake, traveling, and staying active at the gym, She looks forward to welcoming you into her chair and bringing your hair goals to life.
