Courtney is a dedicated hairstylist passionate about helping guests look and feel their absolute best. She specializes in blonding services, dimensional looks that enhance each guests natural beauty. Courtney values building genuine connections with every client and strives to provide a personalized experience that leaves you feeling confident and refreshed. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with friends at the lake, traveling, and staying active at the gym, She looks forward to welcoming you into her chair and bringing your hair goals to life.
Becca Mitchell
Becca Is passionate about creating beautiful hair while making every guest feel confident and cared for. She loves building connections and providing a personalized experience in a welcoming space. Becca loves creating beautiful Up-dos, any lightening service, and lived in colors that grow out well. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, and traveling to the beach. A proud dog mom and former Miss Iowa Queen, she brings warmth, creativity, and attention to detail to every appointment.
Lindsay Karella
I’m Lindsay, the proud owner of RAEVA Mane Street Oasis — a space built from equal parts hard work, faith, and passion for helping people feel their absolute best. My journey started long before the salon doors opened. I first ran my own hair business, LMK Hair, for three years in a suite rental, where I learned what it meant to truly connect with clients, run a business, and push creative boundaries.
Opening RAEVA was a leap of faith — one I knew I had to take. Here, it’s about more than just great hair. It’s about creating a welcoming, uplifting environment where guests feel seen, valued, and completely cared for. I believe in blending artistry with technical skill, staying ahead of trends while never losing sight of timeless beauty.
Beyond serving clients behind the chair, I’m passionate about mentoring fresh talent right out of beauty school, helping them grow their skills and confidence behind the chair. My faith keeps me grounded, my clients keep me inspired, and my vision keeps me moving forward.
